Our goal
We aim to make LicenseIQ usable in line with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a goal and ongoing effort, not a blanket certification of every page, third-party service or assistive-technology combination.
Current practices
We use labeled forms, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, semantic headings, light/dark contrast checks and reduced-motion handling. Text coaching works without voice; captions and transcripts accompany browser voice. We test desktop and mobile layouts and address reported barriers.
Report an issue
Contact support with the page URL, what you were trying to do and your browser or assistive technology if you can share it. Request an alternative format or method when needed. Do not include sensitive account information. We will review reports and work toward a practical resolution.
