Notice of claimed infringement
Send copyright correspondence to the proposed agent contact, support@licenseiq.co, attention Copyright Agent, IQ Realty Labs, New Jersey, USA. Include your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL/location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith belief that use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. A formally registered DMCA agent and full mailing address have not yet been confirmed; this page does not claim safe-harbor registration.
Review and counter-notices
We review sufficiently specific notices and may remove or restrict material and notify the submitting party. Where applicable, a counter-notice should identify removed material and its former location, provide a signature and contact details, state under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake, and include legally required court-jurisdiction and service-of-process consent. Applicable law governs restoration and timing.
Repeat infringement and misuse
