Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of LicenseIQ from IQ Realty Labs. You must be at least 18, legally able to enter an agreement and use the service lawfully. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Accounts and responsibility
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another learner or share accounts to evade limits. You are responsible for content you submit and for permission to use third-party course materials.
Free, Pro and current trial
Free and Pro features and reasonable use limits appear on Pricing. The current one-time 14-day Pro trial requires no card, makes no purchase and returns to Free automatically. Starting this trial does not enroll you in auto-renewal. Displayed offers are $19 monthly or $49 until you pass; payment enrollment is not currently active.
Paid enrollment and renewal disclosures
If paid enrollment is offered later, the checkout must disclose the price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method and applicable taxes before consent. A recurring monthly plan would renew until canceled; it must not be charged without explicit enrollment. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals, with paid access through the paid period’s end. The until-you-pass offer is intended as one non-recurring payment for your selected licensing journey, not a guarantee of passing. See Refunds and cancellation. No charge follows the present no-card trial.
Acceptable use and academic integrity
Use the service for honest study. Do not cheat on graded assessments, ask it to pick or confirm graded answers, scrape or redistribute content, exploit security weaknesses, harass, submit unlawful material or overwhelm the service. Automated and excessive use may be rate-limited. The companion supports concepts rather than graded answers.
AI output and licensing disclaimer
The coach is an AI study aid, not a person, legal adviser, official regulator or approved prelicensing provider. Output may be wrong or incomplete. Verify laws and current exam requirements with your regulator and handbook. Citations do not guarantee accuracy. Readiness scores, study plans and practice results do not guarantee a pass, a license, employment or income.
Intellectual property and submissions
Original LicenseIQ lessons, questions, design and software are owned by IQ Realty Labs or their respective licensors. You receive limited personal study access, not permission to resell or reproduce a question bank. Third-party content remains its owner’s property. You grant the limited permission needed to process content you submit for the requested service, without transferring ownership.
Availability and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud or security risks. We will handle paid access and legally required notices under applicable law. You may stop using the service, cancel any active paid renewal and delete your account. Deletion does not itself replace a separate payment cancellation if a payment service is introduced.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available without implied warranties of fitness, merchantability or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, missed exams or reliance on AI. To the extent legally permissible, aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for this service in the 12 months before the claim. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Disputes and governing law
Contact us first to seek an informal resolution. New Jersey law governs, without its conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may revise these terms and publish a new revision date. Material changes will receive notice as required by law. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance where lawful; if you disagree, stop using the service.
