Alaska Residential Real Property Transfer Disclosure Statement

The seller's written disclosure required by AS 34.70.010 for residential property of one or two single-family dwellings, including condo units. It must be delivered in person or by mail before the buyer makes a written offer. If it or a material amendment arrives after the offer, the buyer may terminate within 3 days of in-person delivery or 6 days of mail delivery. Negligent violations bring actual damages; willful ones up to triple damages.
