Fees per RE 206 (Rev 7/26) and 7/1/2024 fee increase: exam $100, license $350, combo $450, plus $49 fingerprint processing = $499. Live Scan vendor rolling fee (~$20-40) extra and not included in fingerprint_fee. Pass rate is all salesperson attempts (DRE does not split first-time); broker FY25-26 47%. Course cost range is market estimate (135 hrs, 3 courses; DRE min 2.5 weeks per course). Broker hours (8 x 45-hr courses), 200 Q / 5 hrs / 75% from DRE general knowledge, not re-fetched. No separate recovery fund fee; E&O not required.
