How much does a Georgia real estate license cost?
PSI GREC bulletin (7/1/2026): exam $175 (sales and broker), license fee $170 (non-online; ~$145 online per secondary source). $170 reportedly includes $45 activation of which $20 goes to the Education, Research & Recovery Fund. Late activation (>3 months after passing) doubles fee. Broker: 3 yrs active license within prior 5 + 60-hr broker course; broker exam national-portion count/time/pass score not stated in bulletin.
